Welcome to LBA’s Kitchen! My name is Katie and I will be your butcher and cook in training. I grew up in the beef industry and I manage LBA’s meat sales that are open to the public. LBA’s Kitchen was created to answer all of our customer’s questions and concerns. I will be sharing some of my favorite ways to cook LBA’s beef, as well as, some tips on how to properly cut your meat. Please don’t be shy with your questions; my kitchen’s door is always open to you.
